Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Gnan platform ("Service") operated by General Developers ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Gnan is an AI-powered document intelligence platform that enables enterprises to upload, process, analyze, and query documents using advanced language models and AI agents. The Service includes document processing, entity extraction, context-aware Q&A, knowledge base management, and related features.

To access the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One person or legal entity per account unless on an enterprise plan
• You are responsible for all content uploaded through your account
• Account sharing is not permitted without an enterprise license

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content that violates any law or infringes on third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Access other users' accounts or data without authorization
• Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
• Circumvent any access controls, rate limits, or security measures
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent

We process Your Content using AI models to provide document intelligence services. We do not use Your Content to train our general AI models unless you explicitly opt in. All processing is subject to our Privacy Policy.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Enterprise customers may negotiate custom SLA terms as part of their agreements.

• Fees are based on your selected plan and usage volume
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your agreement
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' written notice
• Overdue payments may result in suspension of access to the Service
• Enterprise customers are invoiced according to their contract terms

To the maximum extent permitted by law, General Developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that AI-generated outputs are complete, accurate, or suitable for any specific legal, financial, or compliance purpose. You are responsible for independently verifying all outputs before relying on them for decision-making.

You agree to indemnify and hold General Developers harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you may request export of Your Content within 30 days. After that period, we may delete Your Content in accordance with our data retention policies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Hyderabad, Telangana, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
