How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days of full access to your chosen plan with no credit card required. At the end of the trial, you can choose to subscribe or your account will be downgraded to a limited free tier.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, the new pricing takes effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
What counts as a document?
A document is any single file uploaded for processing, regardless of page count. Supported formats include PDF, DOCX, DOC, TXT, and scanned images (JPEG, PNG, TIFF).
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. Organizations processing more than 10,000 documents per month qualify for volume pricing. Contact our sales team for a custom quote tailored to your needs.
Is there an annual billing option?
Yes. Annual billing is available at a 20% discount compared to monthly pricing. Enterprise plans are billed annually by default with custom terms.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export all your documents and extracted data within 30 days of cancellation. After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.
